Free delivery is available on products ordered totaling $59.99 (inclusive). We pay the tax fee to ensure your worry-free shopping.

We currently only provide shipping services within the United States, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
Shipping Method
Currently, we utilize DHL Express for shipping, and the shipping cost is determined based on the package value. Shipping will be complimentary if your order totals $59.99 or more (including). For orders under $59.99, a shipping fee of $4.99 will apply.
Processing and Delivery Time
Order cut-off time is Monday through Friday at 5:00 PM (MST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. (holiday extension).
Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. During this time, our team will carefully prepare and package your order. Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from the date of order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location within the United States.
If an item does not ship more than 10 business days after you order it (no special notes, such as pre-sale items, etc.), please contact us at info@teslafancy.com. We will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $5 coupon.

If you want to know your shipping details, please get in touch with our online customer team, and we'll reply to you within 24 hours.
Once the product is shipped but does not arrive for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by emailing info@teslafancy.com. We will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.
